The ISSEA operates as a ‘not for profit’ organisation and the company objectives, powers and operational requirements are set out in the Constitution.
The Institute, as part of a worldwide network of similar educational institutions, is established to promote the principles and programs of Sathya Sai Education in Human Values at primary, secondary and tertiary levels through both formal and non-formal channels of education, including community education.
The Institute of Sathya Sai Education Australia Ltd is recognised by the Sathya Sai World Foundation the Prasanthi Council.
An international Education Committee, accountable to the Sathya Sai World Foundation and chaired by Dr Pal Dhall from Australia, provides guidelines and oversees all of the network of Institutes of Sathya Sai Education [ISSE’s] and Sathya Sai Schools.
